We offer paid internships for undergraduate and graduate students in clinical and non-clinical departments. CCA Internships are a valuable way for students to obtain real-world experience, gain exposure to a specific field, and work with highly skilled people. All Internships will be paid standard and competitive rates for undergraduate and graduate levels.

Our program details:
  • 40 Hour per week schedule (Encouraged but may vary based on business needs).
  • Internships are on-site / hybrid.
  • The Summer Internship program runs May through mid-August
  • CCA Leadership Participation and Interactions
  • Clinical & Business Overviews
  • Lunch & Learn Sessions
  • Social Interaction / Opportunities
  • Final presentation - all Interns are required to present​​​​​​​

Meet some of our former Interns!

Aditya is a rising 2nd year at the University of Connecticut. Aditya was an Advanced Practice Clinician Intern and was involved in data efficiency, creating PowerPoints and sitting in on patient cases to go through the process of assessing a patient and creating a plan of care.

Jamiere graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in May 2020 with a BA in Psychology. Jamiere was a Talent Acquisition Intern and was able to dive into full life-cycle recruiting. She was able to research diverse recruiting groups for sourcing, conduct screenings with prospective candidates, and made recommendations on how to improve the TA process.

Manisha is working towards her Master of Public Health degree in Healthcare Management from Boston University. Manisha was an InstED Operations Intern and was able to observe the care delivery process to gain an understanding of key concepts and apply those to current challenges at InstED. She also started a weekly book club with various CCA Leaders in attendance!
